Casa Nueve is a private residence for families and friends to enjoy. In order to maintain the serenity of the area and protect the fragile environment surrounding the property, we ask that hosts NOT use the property for parties or events.

The property cannot safely withstand more people than the posted maximum occupancy as per St. Johns County Fire Marshall. 

If you are looking for an event site, the Casa Monica Hotel and Renaissance St. Augustine Historic Downtown Hotel are popular sites for both large and small to medium-sized events in close proximity to the beach. 

Booking platforms like AirBNB may define bedrooms with different definitions than those outlined in regulatory codes.
