Casa Nueve is our family-friendly destination for large groups or families. Perfect for children, seniors, and any age in between, the house has room for everyone to have a memorable vacation! Equipped as a four bedroom, two bathroom property with a large fully fenced in backyard and front porch. With St. Augustine accents woven through the house, guests will notice wood and metal accents, pops of bold Spanish decor, and custom St. Augustine artwork. There's plenty of space to enjoy each other's company- around the fire pit, at the wrought iron bar, enjoying the breeze on the porch or patio, BBQing, or relaxing in front of the TV. With a King and Queen bed, two full size beds, and three twins, Casa Nueve easily sleeps 9. The sofa also pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep an additional 2 if needed. 

Guests will love being 10 minutes away from the award-winning restaurants, shopping, attractions, downtown areas, schools, and nightlife available in Florida's oldest city, St. Augustine.

But best of all, Casa Nueve is a fantastic value: Since the house sleeps nine people, you can forgo the 2-3 hotel rooms that are almost always needed when traveling in a large group! Having a private residence, Casa Nueve allows you to begin your day by making breakfast at home and packing lunches before heading out to any of the area's iconic attractions or beaches or enjoying dinner at home.
